Each member brings unique skills and perspectives, creating a vibrant tapestry of talent and passion. We are an approachable team who are always happy to be contacted with questions, suggestions, or offers of support.

Coaches and Trustees

Becci Hutchins

Co-Chair & Coach

Becci sits on the board of Trustees and shares the co-chair role with Alice. She mainly takes responsibility for registering new volunteers, and getting them started within our group. Becci is also a skilled coach, mainly based at our Shrivenham location, and a willing pair of hands in many of our sessions.

Alice Summersbee

Co-Chair & Coach

Alice sits on the board of Trustees and shares the co-chair role with Becci. She mainly takes responsibility for our participants, getting new joiners assessed, registered and safely into the group for their first experience. Alice is a coach and is passionate about helping riders. She is happy to advise on a variety of topics, including participation in RDA activities for those with their own horses.

Julie Summersbee

Treasurer

Julie sits on the board of Trustees and has the unenviable task of keeping our accounts balanced, ensuring our financial position is viable and our funds are safeguarded. She is also a keen volunteer in many sessions and is always happy to help welcome new people.

India Collins-Davies

Secretary & Coach

India sits on the board of Trustees and deals with all of our Charity Commission paperwork, ensuring our Trustees meetings are minuted and run smoothly. India is involved in all things communications, and enjoys making connections between the Aim RDA team and wider communities in and out of RDA. India is also a Coach, mainly based at our Lambourn location, and loves this part of her role.

Vanessa Bowler

Health & Safety Officer

Vanessa, (Ness to her friends) sits on the board of Trustees and is responsible for ensuring we stay compliant with all health and safety policies. She helps in any session she can get to and we are yet to find a task she cannot do.

Sandra Pearce

Safeguarding Officer

Sandra sits on the board of Trustees and is always happy to offer safeguarding advice, or to listen to any concerns. She also ensures our DBS processes are compliant with policy. Sandra comes to this role with extensive professional experience, as well as many years of voluntary experience within the scouting movement.

Janine Elton

Coach

Janine is a fully trained RDA Coach who helps run sessions for Aim RDA. She is a dedicated volunteer who aims to bring out the best in any participant and always goes above and beyond. Janine has particular expertise in non-mounted activities, and is excited to make this part of Aim’s offer.
